If a covered fracture occurs, we’ll provide an exact duplicate replacement of your zirconia prosthesis. Cosmetic changes can be requested for an additional fee.
If an implant fails within the first five years, the implant and prosthesis are fully covered under your 10 years- Sedation Warranty. Failures after that period will require a new treatment plan and are not covered.
